Work out plans for Tuesday!
Not training for anything but getting into shape so I can move and breath at the same time. Running and Yoga are my favorite exercises and right now I cannot do either. So working towards those goals

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Well, my first goal is 170 and then we'll go from there to see how much more I want to lose. Right now, I feel like I do not want to go below 145. I was happy at 165 before.

305 to 181 is SUPER IMPRESSIVE!! Very nice mama! way to go! Licorice, i will try it. I have a sweet tooth and when i start, watch out!
