I live in New Zealand. Wanting to lose 8kilos in the next 3 months (and keep it off forever)! I try to eat healthy and go to gym twice a week. Trouble is, I go to gym and come home starving....and I often only make it once a week - sigh. I'm also a shift worker. Look forward to support from you all.
