Hi im the middle one in my pic, the other two are my boys Josh and Luke. My weight journey has been up and down, have tried numerous exercise routines and diets over time. The one I have found the most success with over time is the calorie counting paired with exercise. Both my wife (Lauren) and I have downloaded the fat secret app. I really like the lay out and have paired this app with google fit to log steps. I was recently reading about a celebs weight loss Rebel Wilson who says an hours walking a day has helped reduce her weight over time. I have adopted that strategy and early days 1.5 weeks in. I would really like to gain a healthy weight of about 80 kilos as I have type 2 diabetes and I don't want all the associated problems that can come with this by being overweight.Its good to be here and look forward to meeting others on the path towards greater wellbeing.
