Got through Christmas and NY with no issues. Followed my plan of a taste of everything I wanted and it worked for the 2nd year running. Have put some muscle weight on - which is really good as the loose flab and skin is slowly disappearing. I wear a size 8-10. Loving life! I have learnt that your weight is not just a number. It pertains to poor or good health. My cholesterol is normal, my health is good and my Hashimoto's is in remission for the first time since I was diagnosed 35 years ago.

Haven't recorded for some time. I have been maintaining my weight well. Life is great with a smaller body mass, I love being able to walk into a shop and fit anything I like. I feel that I finally. look good. I plan on just a taste of everything over Christmas and New Year... worked for me last year. I am committed to never putting the weight back on. No more reasons or excuses in my days. I just do it.

Gone to fortnightly weigh in. Finding it just as hard now to not loose weight as I have all these years to lose it. seems my mind & body have adjusted to this & now need to find a balance...
