Found this keto bread recipe on Tasty! Best bread alternative. 1 egg, 3 tablespoons almond flour or ground LSA, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and a splash of canola oil. Mix in a large ramekin and microwave for 90 seconds. Great with cheese and avocado!

Started drinking OxyShred two days ago and feeling a little extra boost of energy in the morning and have been feeling less exhausted in the arvo.

Just started using this app. Previously used Lose It! and decided to switch for this diet cycle. Started on the 1st of Jan with a 24hr fast weighing in at 78kg that morning. Day 2 already lost some water weight with 76.3kg this morning. Goal is 69.3kg in 6 months. Fingers crossed!
