Heaviest I’ve been for a while and I feel horrible. Second session this week in the gym tomorrow. Need to track everything.
159 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 60.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

keep up the good work I wish I had a gym close but I'm an hour away from a town. live on a gravel road to so no go for walking.

Each day gets easier but it’s always a mind game and it’s a change of lifestyle. I’m doing an 8 week challenge so hoping it will get the ball rolling. What about getting a bike?

imo as someone that's been 120kgs for the last 20 yrs and only lost weight naturally in the last year it honestly comes down to food and how u fuel ur body. exercise is obviously a huge bonus to the weightloss journey but if u can try change how u feel and think about food the kgs come off and before u know it ur down a few kgs a month power on u got this
