My eating and weight training have been really good recently. Thanks to the gym, I have stopped those naughty weekday drinks. Sometimes they used to sneak as high as 5 or 6 a night............very night. I forgive myself on weekends when meeting friends or cooking with the family. This image though is my focus for weekday drinking for the rest of the month and then into the new year. The contents have a real Sunday to Thursday feel and the inscription reveals the truth. May Santa be the only fat man near my fireplace this month!!
