Currently I am trying to eat a very low calorie die but after much research I have decided to swap over to keto diet, though I am calling it a nutrition plan for the long term. the goal is to increase weight loss and create a stable mind so that I can create my art and make a path for myself in this world. I have so many plans that I mothballed about 15 years ago in favour of others opinion of me. I have come to realise that the only opinion that matters is my own and every one else can go jump in a wood chipper, preferably feet first. so the next few weeks will be interesting as I drop to very low carb food plan and focus on creating a much better life for myself. I also hope to break the addiction of sugar before the damn thing kills me through loss of limbs or another disease I cannot control.
