going ok!new meds causing a lot of ñausea. Feeling ok though.cant work out to cut down on the carbs. Really want to get under the 90 soon.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I remember when I was at 90 and I thought the day would never come when I would reach 89. it came, it went and now I'm feeling same way about getting into the 70's

I'm trying ! Lost it a bit and so disappointed with myself. Got some well set in habits to break still. Well done on your loss, how did you deal with triggers if you don't mind me asking.
