Good day food wise until the 2 scotch fingers at bedtime. Really disappointed in myself soon as I've eaten them but still,I keep doing it! Once I conquer that ill be laughing as they say! Weigh day tomorrow.

Thanks for the support really helping.
Now to find out how to use fatsecretnz properly....
