I must be the only person that can put on weight when unwell ! I have lost my willpower after couple of difficult weeks. I have Heart disease and other health issues so unable to exercise and I'm fed up with lack of motivation but even that doesn't spur me on. Not bad today. Tomorrow will be better on plan. I'll get there just a hiccup.
93.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
