This is a chocolate meal replacement with a tablespoon of protein powder,50gms frozen pineapple, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, a teaspoon of powdered greens and 1/2 a kiwifruit. So almost have my 5+ a day already 😂 Dinner is the meal replacement, protein powder, and a couple of frozen coffee ice cubes
