started my weightloss journey one month ago, have lost 10kgs and counting, had to totally overhaul my diet and no more skipping meals, which was a huge issue with me. I am now my lowest weight in over 10 years! feeling proud of myself, but also know I've got heaps of weightloss to go, which is daunting but I'm determined.
