so far I think I'm doing pretty good. only gone over the 2.5k cal budget once and by 10c, but I'm finding myself so hungry all the time now hahah

Maybe look at what you are eating that’s a huge amount of cals to still be hungry. I was advices to eat far under that for weight loss. Even a 500 cal deficit would be 2000 for more intense weight loss a 1000 which would be 1500. Do you eat a lot of fruit , vegetables and whole grains it really helps to keep full

I average about 1600-1900 cal a day and walk around 11000 steps a day. I eat fruit veg. Pretty good diet now that I'm monitoring it. I think it's because my portion sizes were soooo big before that my stomach is in shock. Only just started drinking water, used to drink 5cups a month (had 3 coffees a day which I don't think counts) now having 2-3ltrs a day. So getting better habits and looking forward seeing improvements in a couple of weeks when it all settles into place and now I'm using proper scales that measure everything lol

Sounds like you are doing everything right. I eat a bit less 1200 I felt like the weight loss needed to speed up with the pandemic I was very relieved to no longer have a pre existing condition 😂 We sound really similar that’s how many steps I do most days sometimes more and I drink tons of water. I get that your stomach is probably stretched out, I still have some issues with saiety. I always make sure to drink a huge glass of water before eating and I eat slowly and if I want to overeat I do some mindfulness eating practice videos / meditation to get through it. It can be really tough some days but anyone can do it we just have to be more aware of our choices and why we are making the changes. Have a great week 🙏🏻
