had a good day today i did up a star chart traxking walks done in workbreaks, biking activity and tracking water, i get a star for ecery xompleted element nailed them all todau when i was a kid at school i loved getting stars drom the teacher dor good writing i still like the star thing and find it a novel way to motivate myself the other thing i thought todqy ia just focus on today today is the start of a new week last week is gone next week is not here when next week fets here it will be this week after all if you see what i mean so all i have is today my time and focus and energy is only availablw for this day so i need to use my time wisely time is the most precious commodity i have so i need to guard it jealously i am working on saying no to requests that i genuinely am not interested in so i have more time and spqce for the things i do want to do people will want to manipulate my time through FOG fear, obligation, guilt if i let them so i am seriously focussing on my boundaries what i will accept and what i wont, i am learning the word no is very powerful have been doing some research on a topic called dark psychology which is bqsically how people use texhniques to manipulate you, i am finding it so helpful because some peeps dont care how you feel what ur needs are what is ethical and right so i am leqrning to respond to this in novel and direct ways which is so freeing ok daily rant at an end may you all have compassion for your humaness and perfect imperfections
