i am very pleased at weigh in 80.9 on my scales i say that because when i weigh in with gp i weigh about 5 kg more i have been doing hiit type workout on treadmill walking using intervals of elevation to get heqrt rate up staying on trqck with calorie counting and finding ways to up protein still not quite there but progress rather than perfection...right? i do a 5 day routine of 1 hour treadmill during weekdays qfter work and have twp days down time...however am th8nkibg this weekend will get some cycling in at local park for qn hour at a leasurely pqce and liaten to some up tunes on the phone, am going for a celebratory birthday lunch with wifes birthday am have already pre-scooped the menu so know in qdvqnce what i will order thqt sita roughly within my calorie budget i read a thing i liked that gaining a healthy weight is 10%physical and 90% psychological i dont know if i that is qccurate but keeping your mentql focus does seem to be really important for me, and guarding against anything that may undermine my efforts i want this belly fat gone

You are doing awesome, keep it up and the results will keep coming!! Totally agree about mind set. I spent some time with a hypnotherapist working with why im large in the first place, has really helped mind seems un burdened now. Which has helped heaps. Just remember your doing an great job and u have got this 😀
