looking back over the week its been a good one stuck to good eqting hqbits carduo at the gym 5 days and weekend days 1 hour around the park at a leisurely pqce, my daughter and youngest son are fitness trainers. i am goibg to her gym n3xt week3nd to get some body scans that give your body mass fat percentage etc and can estimate what your lean weight should be so will do that have a weigh in on well cqlibrated scales and that will set the baseline for the next fitness push, daughter will do up what she called a 5 day split at the gym including cardio but less cardio and more weights i am pleased with my progress but dont want to get complacent and get into sloppy habits am listening to motivational books on audible to stay on point and keep my momentum going i think the dicipline and focus i am developing will be transferable skills in othet life areas at keast i hope so i have another goal on the radar but am stickibg to being focused on gaining a healthy weight and will remain focused on this for now wishing all a good week

Thank you for your kind words mist my daughter is going to get me on scan machines and take me to the next level, i am secretly resistant ti doing weight training because what i am doing is working i remain determined to acheive my goal and ensuring i dont get in my own way
