I’ve been doing 10,000 steps a day but the last few days I almost got my calorie deficit then binged. Today I’m super on track so fingers crossed I won’t binge tonight as I have a good dinner planned.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
