Healthy Muesli Slice

An easy and very healthy slice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add all ingredients in recipe order to a large bowl. Mix together until combined. Chocolate chips are optional.
  3. Press mixture into 28cm x 22cm baking paper lined tray/silicone tray (or around that size). If it's a silicone tray, place another baking tray underneath so the mixture doesn't wobble.
  4. Bake in the oven at for 25-30 minutes, depending on how big the tray/silicone tray is.
  5. Leave to cool in the tray until completely cold.
  6. Take mixture (on the baking paper) out of the tray. Slice into desired pieces then leave on baking tray and place in the fridge for about 1 hour or until hard.
  7. After the hour in the fridge, take out pieces and place in an airtight container to store in the fridge. Careful they might still be crumbly!
