Just joined today to help me keep motivated on my weight loss journey. My mission is to get back to my late teenage weight where I wasn't skinny, but happy. I lost 10kg this year but put on 3kg over Christmas so I'm more determined than ever! I think my main problem is drinking wine - I love it but my body doesn't and to make matters worse drinking a glass or two of wine (even when drunk in moderation) makes me crave sugar (and I'm a keen baker).

Hi Matatea, have hou found a lower calerie drink fo replace wine? What about sparking water with lemon or lime concentrate? I love to bake but haven't baked for the family for a while.
