Woot woot! Under 200 and hoping to stay here! Last week was a rollercoaster. Hoping to be more in control this week. Spring is finally arriving and so my roommate and i will take a nice long walk with the dog. Besides that and grocery shopping it is a rest day.

Congratulations! You & I seem to be on a very similar goal path, age, weight etc. I’m looking for support partners as I’m really trying to not get discouraged this time & actually make it for the long haul. Reading posts helps me face the new day with a positive attitude & know I’m not alone!
