Waist: S 117.5, L 99.5, N 99.5, T -18cm BMI: Start 38.7 Obese, Now 31.2 Obese Introduced 2:5 this week, with a couple of higher calorie days. Decided to space them out to a Sunday and Wednesday. However, got a major attack of the munchies on Friday! 😳Oops. This week am going to do my 2 days consecutively at the start of the week instead. Cool NSV, am starting to be able to wear smaller clothes I purchased (ages ago) because I actually liked them... not just because they 'fit'.
