I like this tea and it has a lot of good stuff in it: Yerba, green tea extract, ginseng, and others

Try the Berry and Peach Detox too. They are wonderful. Yogi teas are my favorite.

I like Yogi too. I also really enjoy Pukka relax tea.

I have the relax one and peach detox too they taste even better! This one is a bit bitter. Which is odd since it has added stevia in it. And I don’t usually sweeten my tea or coffee

No I’ve heard that artificial sweeteners can slow progress or even stall your weight loss but I don’t have any experience with it. I crave sweets so I’m trying to stay away from using it.

Jo try out some different teas. Ones with out the added stuff to it. Then use the liquid stevia, so you know how much you are using and can slowly adjust to taste
