Fried cabbage? Never tried frying cabbage. Boiled or raw shredded as cole slaw. Boiled to tender for wraps but never had it fried.

My mom frys the cabbage in bacon grease. Usually she adds green beans and potatoes but she made it keto friendly for me 😊 It is really fattening but I’m on a high fat diet so 👍 all’s good 😬

Looks great - I love sausage and eggs and I love fried cabbage. I fry it with lots of onions and some celery and fry it hot so it caramelizes! Delish!
