Not a true loss. This is after a 36 hour fast. Still logging it 😀
104.2 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you. I'm very new to fasting so unsure what to expect. I'm surprised I completed without much fuss 😆 Most of the loss appears to have stuck. I'm only 100g up today
