I am not that good logging my food, since I started, but now I am addicted to calorie counting. I love to do it. 😁

Keilin it is scary to see the 3700 cals in alcohol lolbut I’ve got to hope some of this sun is evaporating it from my body before I can store it 😂😂😂

Pool, steak, asparagus... there's nothing about this post that I don't love.

I have ate over 5000 calories before. The first time I knew I was eating more than 2000 calories I almost die jaja. I used just not to count my binge eating or party days. Now I know my limit. As Adef always tells you, if you log your food, you will be able to go back and see your numbers and know what is your deficit, maintenance, or surplus.

True that Keilin! I’m not gonna freak out about it. I feel like liquid calories are never quite as bad as actually food. It’s just too bad my buds are into sweet booze or it would be okay. Usually it all bourbon but I’m having a great time with childhood friends and that’s what matters!
