Ate a nice breakfast after my workout :)
I went to the gym nice and early to avoid the crowds. My gym is very small and only has 2 small spots (1 slightly bigger than the other) that have a bit of wall space in the circuit/ stretching area. I snagged the bigger spot and got to work! By the time I got to my third exercise some lady laid a mat down right behind my feet (I was standing facing a weight bench with my phone and water on the floor), taking up the entire area that I was standing in! She walked away to go get weights and then put them down and then walked away again. I just stood there for a second wondering what the heck she was doing. It was so rude I just couldn't believe it. I walked around to the other side of the really big weight benched and pushed it up against her mat making room on the other side for me. She came back and then just stood there not knowing what to do because she was too big to move in that small space. I finished my sets and then moved on. I saw her try to push it back but she's too weak and everyone else saw exactly what she did and refused to help her so she had to move all the shit she gathered to the other side :)

6/6 workout tried to work my very weak and fragile shoulders
Jog 7 minutes
Lat raises: 30 with 5# dumbells, 30 with 2# dumbells (3# weights were taken)
Seated shoulder press: 40 with 5# dumbells
Lat row with underhand grip: 60 total with 5# db
Cable Face pulls: 30 with 15#
Lat pull 45 at 40#
Behind head lat pull: 40 at 20#
Triceps press: 27 at 30# (failure)
Overhead press: 5 set: 10 reps with 10 sec hold at 20#
Double crunch 40
Hip bridge 25
Alt twist crunch 100
Crunches 50 (20 marine style)
Plank 1 minute
Superman: 5 sets: 10 sec holds

I work tonight so I'll be putting in another 5-6 miles worth of walking. Where's that crying emoji when you need it :P

I can bet that she has been rude to all there at some time or another. I am really REALLY tired of rude, selfish people. I wish this trend would move on. Be kind to all!

I’m so glad I’ve bought all the things I need, and still more yo come, and I workout at home. No one gets in my way. When I tell the fam I’m going to work out, it’s all about me. #notselfishimimportant

I read that wrong and thought you were doing lat raises with 30#. I was thinking... Dang, I need to step it up. Planet fitness is usually plenty big but there's this back area more for stuff you do with mats and ab balls, medicine balls, etc and then there's the part with the dumbbells and benches. It was super crowded over there and this dumb ass girl was using the weight area to do burpees and in everyone's way. She annoys the shit out of me. Everyone having to keep walking around her. If it wasn't crowded, it wouldn't have mattered but there was no way she should have been oblivious to the obstacle she had become.

Wow- I couldn't join without them. Ours go up to 75# which isn't enough for the big guy, but he can go to the county jail gym to supplement if he needs to. Or I held 25's on top of the 75's for him the other day to make it more of a workout. That sucks though. I love my gym... not enough to get the bumper sticker like the weirdos- but I do love it. (awaiting responses from everyone with a lame pf bumper sticker.) 🙄🤣

Crashtest - have you considered doing fewer total reps using heavier weights? Progressive overload..or drop sets...start with 10# on the lat raises and do 4--6 reps and then go to your usual 5# weight..just ideas!

I’m a very laid back type of person. Ordinally I would have said sorry I’ll be done in a minute and then hurried thought what I was doing. But I was Not in the mood. Hormone fluxuation in high gear 😜
