The view was incredible and such a short little hike. Not even 2 miles round trip. It’s right off the blue ridge parkway headed to Asheville N.C. 😍 My son is the good one 😇 so I rarely bitch about him 🤣🤣

And thanks guys 😍 I just took a new drivers license photo and I feel like it looks the same as the one when I was 200# It’s just a terrible camera angle lol I have not been liking the way my body looks with the extra fat on my belly though 😒 When I get back, I’m gonna pick a program and get serious.

I knew that was the Smokies! Awesome. I’m dealing with the same regarding belly fat. It’s always the last to go. I’m just sticking with my plan and increasing my core work. Heading to the gym now for crunches and hip flexors. Then a quick cardio shot. I’ll eat brunch when I get back. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
