Still trying to figure out my lower carbs than protein diet. The fatigue was gone yesterday and I feel fine this morning. I seem to be having much more food but lower calories. My food diary, when following my WOE previously was usually 1000 or fewer calories a day. It's been similar in the past week. I always assume calories are probably higher by about 200-300 calories. Unless I am eating only things I weigh and measure and prepare myself I am not sure of the accuracy of the food journal. For example, I baked 8 ounces of chicken breast yesterday. I weighed it and divided in half for 2 meals. But I forgot that I had added a tablespoon, maybe 2 of ginger soy salad dressing. And when I put one tablespoon of cream cheese on 1/4 bagel I don't measure the cream cheese. Not much fits on 1/4 bagel. Now that I think about it I think I put more on the bagel this morning to finish the tub of cream cheese. I keep trying to work in the beer battered cod I bought at Costco but it always seems to make carbs too high for the day. And I don't want the house to smell like fish in case someone looks at the house. Yesterday I had coffee for breakfast and 1/4 bagel PLUS the yogurt with sliced almonds. Much more than I usually eat in the morning. I cooked the chicken in the morning and ate 4 ounces around 10am. Then I had to leave when someone came to look at the house. Around 2pm I slice 3 ounces of avocado, a roma tomato, and added 3 large strawberries, thanks Katsolo for the avocado and tomato idea. I was really full after that. I had the rest of the chicken around 4. No IF yesterday since I ate for a longer period of time maybe 5:30 to 4:30. Today I will do more weed wacking since my lawn care service appears to have given up on me. Maybe take Bobby for a walk before it gets too warm. He was happy this morning when I added the yolk of a hard boiled egg to his food dish. Doctor told me to just eat egg whites or limit amount of whole eggs to just a couple a week. Sometimes I listen to him.

I have stalled and am trying to find what I need to do to get past this weight. Trying to tweak my macros as well, sometimes I just want to eat and be happy usually when I do that I lose, so maybe that will be the trick to break the stall. Best wishes on your journey.

Thanks Golfgirl! Trying to have more protein than carbs is giving me something to focus on. Although I thought my doctor was going to have a stroke when I told him I had eaten 1 to 2 eggs for about 5 days! I've never had macros like I do now. I plan what I am going to eat the day before and then I make adjustments during the day because I get so full. Hope you can break your stall!

Thanks buenita! I like the idea of more protein than carbs but am not a big eater. I have to figure out a high protein food to eat when I have higher carbs in some food. Today, forget it, the carbs will be higher but still less than 100 grams. I know many of us are trying to find what works best for us
