Working off the meat patty, eggs and cheese from Wednesday (missed a protein meal and ate 9pm too late). Started two glasses of water upon waking today.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
