Time to reduce volume of food. Focus on small dinner and some fruit. Stop eating by 7:30pm. Need to reduce weight by 500gm per week minimum. Start weights and running. very light Monday & Wednesday.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
