Day 1 - Here I Go!

I'm on annual leave with my boyz for the last week of school hols.I'm using the break to sort out my diet of fast-food, high fat, unhealthy carbs and zero to no exercise.
I didn't do anything today..no housework / nothing! Just starting with my food planning and recording calorie intake. I figure I'll sort my diet first, lose some weight and then start some exercise.
Today's Food
I'll halve the Lunch Smoothie..way too much anyways.
Notes
I used to drink a litre of Baileys in a weekend (3770 Ca)..have not had any alcohol since my BD in April..can't believe it..I was completely addicted!
Thought Kale Chips would be a healthy snack - 75g = 402 Ca dang it!
