I am cutting down on some foods that I should not be eating. Some of the sugar alcohols are high on that list. so no more caramel. i will miss it

End of May. Maintenance update
High weight was 121.8 Low 119.8 (goal is 121.3)
I am averaging around 1600 calories
Have started eating higher carbs (mostly in the form of veggies)

Since it is still May and theme was to deliver some truth bombs to myself.
Here is one

There are foods I have CANNOT limit or control myself around and therefore I should not buy them in any large quantities ever.
