Ok I will own this, I have definitely been a tab more lax about my food options (Monster Munch chippies you kill me with your tastiness) and more lax with my exercise.

Winter is here with force and i can now understand the desire to hide away at night instead of go work out - BUT im turning things up again, im gonna get to this first goal weight and then im gonna crush my next goal!

If you love chippies, you can replace them with pop corn.... NOT the supermarket microwave packages full of butter/margarine .... But with 1/3 cup plain kernels, and 1/4 tea spoon of oil then microwaved.... Then shake a shitload of chicken salt or whatever salt you like over it all.... I use ground Himalayan salt with black pepper and tobasco type sauce...... That gives you a MASSIVE bowl full with about 180-220 calories, compared to about 500+ calories with Monster Chippies.

Oh yum!!! Im not a huge fan of pop corn but I haven't tried it with chicken salt and that might just do the trick!! Thanks for the idea @shaunWalburn
