Ice Cream addicition has taken me down. Moving to healthy eating and skipping Dukan etc. Just want healthy balance and to feed my body nutrition and balance.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

I know how you feel. I had a food addiction also. It's hard to change old habits. Why do you want to lose weight? If you don't have good motivation you won't achieve the goal. I beat my addiction by cutting the carbs and by fasting as long as possible. After the first week, losing weight becomes your new addiction. Good luck, I know you can do it.

Hey :). Yeah I tend be all about it and obsessive or not at all. My motivation is both vanity and health. I feel really good at about 60kg. I tend to bounce between 59kg and 63. Yo yo dieting. Problem is I'm not good with moderation. Not one ice cream, ALL the ice cream, and not one day cheating TEN days cheating. I need to learn, practice and persist with balance!

Yes once you find the 'sweet spot' things will become normal. I do love my chocolate icecream but now I'm so used to eating healthy 6 days a week that it's easy for me to wait till Friday night to treat myself. Good luck on your journey Goddess
