Well...BS in the 80s. Ketones avg 1.2 to 1.6! No meds. Walked 4 miles today. 1 hr yoga and 1 hr Zumba class. Bear of a day...really. Lost my eye glasses; Lost my photo ids and Licence. Price to pay for everything. Loosing my mind but consoled.., one more day ...Keto on!
66.4 kg Lost so far: 44.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
