It's soooooooooooooooooo slow. I thought it would be a kilo a week but more like .5 kilo a week. Next week I'm going to look at the 5:2 Fasting Diet.
67 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
