My husband and I are on intermittent fasting. We eat breakfast by 8:00am and dinner/supper around 2:00pm. Start over each day. 8:00am to 2:00pm is 7 hr fast and 2:00pm till 8:00am 19 hour fast. We are loosing weight slowly but its staying off and has lower H1C taking less type 2 diabetes meds. Once you start it it can be difficult but your body gets use to it now it is so easy.

Hi guys. Super busy day today. Only got 28 minutes into back and biceps before the calls and emails started pouring in so have to fit in my remaining 32 minutes after work. Mamakaren, thanks for sharing but possibly meant to put on a different post? Chris, you're barking up the wrong tree.
