Not much progress been trying to maintain a bit to help with loose skin.
Working out same amount eating is good. I feel like I do all these crunches but impossible to firm up my stomach
67.1 kg Lost so far: 82.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I do remember along way back, saying to you about skin, and it's inability to go perfectly back in place, when people are young and overweight those teenagers should be told that if you diet then your skin will return to its normal hugging ability. As you age it does not shrink at all, (I do understand). Crunches are great for heart exercise but mostly they will make you side muscles grow bigger, and stomach skin is one of the hardest areas to treat, apart from cosmetic surgery. So all I can say is hang in there, just love yourself for who you are, as it is the person inside that counts. kindest regards Linda

OK, some more treatments to check out... "Velashape," "Thermitight," and "Endymed." All noninvasive and available in NZ. I'm going to start my yoga a few weeks earlier than originally planned. Inner thighs are definitely showing gravity! Given the amount you've lost in 12 months, it seems like you've managed the issue of elasticity really well. On the home straight, Anon.
