Working at it! 😊 Had to stop my evening treadmill last night because my tummy was very angry. Hopefully no issues arise today. Have yoga planned with coworkers after work and then a workout with the hubs.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
