Yesterday, I increased my elbow plank to 3:10 and I think I actually could have gone longer. I wasn’t even shaking. Going to pay more attention to my form today to make sure I’m keeping my core down.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all! It’s crazy how much less difficult it has become. I think I’ve been working at it for a couple months now. Adding some music helps to distract from being uncomfortable.
