Dukan diet and high protein worked really well, just the last kilo that has been persistent and weight held the same over the last fortnight. This week did the 5:2 this week and it really helped shift things. Shame I couldn't go down the last .1 so I had actually reached my goal of $60kg.
Dinner party tonight which may affect things slightly so will probably stick loosely to diet next week with 2 x fast days in there.
