I've followed plan very closely but things seem stagnant. I've hit these plateaus before so I'll just try and push through it. Weight loss aside, I feel energized with all the healthy eating, no carbs and exercise.
Just have to coll my jets and remember it's only week 2 Sarah, calllllmmmmmmm down. Do the work the results will follow.
