3 weeks of following low carb very closely and alternating Tabata and Cardio. Then this weekend I had family reunion and ate desert and then yesterday used the rainy Sunday as my rest day and grazed rather than ate set meals. Also lost my shit after dinner and ate a chokita bar and small packed of Oreo Thins.

Back on track today but amazing how one treat day can throw you so far off track!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

Low carb coupled with 2 day fasts equals rapid weightloss. 6 weeks ago I was 104kg. Now I am 89kg. My body is 100% fat adapted, running on fat. I feel great. My wife has lost 11kg in the same period. We eat like pigs at meals till we are gonna pop.

Ha. Love 'eat like pigs at meals till we are gonna pop'. I'm not good at all day fasting. I try and do the 15 hour fasts from Dinner to Breakfast. If I fast all day I loose concentration at work.

You need to drink water with salt and potassium in it while fasting. This keeps your electrolytes up and you will feel much clearer. In time you will become fat adapted(look it up) and your energy levels will remain constant as your body is running on fat stores.
