Sheesh. Almost at goal and then movies - ice cream - dinner out - Thai, Sunday roast dinner and hello here we are again at 59kg.

I'm a tired and weary of trying to keep my protein high and carbs low and finding it a bit limiting.

Normally consistent with exercise 6 days a week, but last week skipped 2 days. Time to get this back on track but need some variation.
59 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

Just track your calories. Aim for 1500 or less per day and avoid overly processed foods. You can eat a balanced diet like that. If you tend to eat a lot then think about skipping breakfast. Then you only have 2 meals to consume your calories.
