I made a pot roast in the instant pot! Ty @pixie for the encouragement! It came out great, but i put in some sweet vermouth (it was all i had) and rm didn't like it. So inam on my own with it. Will definitely make again!

Ty @chris! I should pack you a care package, lol. @ctd, vermouth is some kind of boozy wine. not minty, but hard to describe. Like if a sweet red wine and a bottle of rye whiskey had a baby, maybe? I don't have any booze in the house bc rm doesn't drink and am doing dry month challenge. I had a big bottle that i bought to make Manhattans when i had ppl for dinner last fall.

I also put in a healthy glug of Worcestershire sauce and some rice wine vine and beef stock. So it does have a strong savory and a lottle boozy flavor.
