Had a ham & egg sandwich for lunch. Far too heavy with the ham!!!! Will be having a mixed salad tea with ham but need to keep total calories to about 2-300.
This site says I can have 2000 cals a day but I want to keep it between 1200-1500.
Oops over 1300 today!! Ah well!
