Couldn't go for my walk today as it has been snowing all day so that is 2 days & am suffering withdrawal!!
Calorie was good til I went to Housie which had been cancelled so I had 2 12oz beers & played the pokies. First alcohol since Christmas!! Given me a headache!! LOL

HI. If I fall off the wagon I just get back on it the next day. I reckon it has takken me a while to gain all this weight so I'm not going to be able to shift it overnight!! But we keeep on trucking!! LOL

Have fallen off the wagon the last 4-6 days. Haven't really been focusing much on what I have been eating etc. However, the scales have not moved at all so I guess that's a bonus. Now I am back refreshed and refocused how has everyone been lately?
