And, I did decent again today. I am moving away from trying to "almost" lost weight to actually selecting food and carb targets that make a difference. I was using FatSecret % of RDI and it said because I am 298 I could eat like 2,500 calories. That's not true.

So, I bit the bullet and I set my calories limit at 1500 and I have met that goal now three days and I am trying to do 50 carbs or less and I am pretty close.

Ok I weighed myself this morning and I am down another two pounds.

Try focusing less on what you can't eat and more on what you can. So don't think 'less carbs', think 'more protein'. By eating more chicken and tofu and other foods like that, you're filling yourself up while eating something that's pretty dang healthy. Of course pair it with veggies and eat in the right proportions and you've got this!
