I had a Baked Bacon Omelette from the Diet Doctors page. I did it exactly as written even tho I felt the amount of butter was excessive.(3 oz) I removed it from the oven it was swimming in the fat!! I left it for 5 minutes & the fat absorbed into it. While it was delicious & very filling I feel that it would be better for me with just a light smear of butter in frypan! What do others think?
I am back on track today apart from that & am having salad with turkey slices in a spinach wrap for dinner tonight followed by a cup of yoghurt & a kiwifruit & maybe a banana. Depends how I feel!!

Diet Doctor appears to be a Low Carb High Fat diet plan. Butter has no carbs and is high in fat so the quantity may have been correct for that diet plan.
